Some registrants have received phone calls in which the caller misrepresents their affiliation with MES and/or the conference hotel. They may (falsely) claim the room block is almost full or the rate has dropped. Please note: MEEA will never contact you by phone about hotel reservations. To be safe, please do not supply any personal/credit card information to unsolicited callers. To securely reserve your room, please use the link or phone number above.
If you receive a call that you believe may be fraudulent, please hang up and contact Jen Rhodes, MEEA's Sr. Manager for Membership & Marketing, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 312-784-7263.
To confirm a sleeping room in the conference block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with first night’s deposit, refundable up to 72-hours in advance of arrival date.
Check in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Guests arriving before 3PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. If checking out prior to the reserved check-out date, Hilton will charge an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise us at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
